Link logical system to RFC-destination

 SM59 for RFC destinations and BD54 for logical systems

1. The name of the corresponding RFC destination must be identical to the name of the logical target system.

 2. First, in WE21 - link IDOC port to RFC-destination, then, point receiver port in outbound parameters (WE20).
